Physical therapy
Sollux lamp
A lamp emitting infrared radiation (IR), which causes thermal reactions, which is used in the treatment of many diseases, including: joint inflammation, spinal pain syndromes, neuralgia, skin damage and scars.
Ultrasound
A treatment involving the action of an ultrasonic wave on diseased areas. Its main purpose is to support the body's ability to heal tissues and repair itself. It also has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Phonophoresis
A treatment that uses ultrasonic waves to introduce active substances through the skin into the tissues, thanks to which the drugs work more effectively. Phonophoresis has anti-inflammatory properties, supports the regeneration of damaged structures and reduces pain.
Cryotherapie
Cryotherapy, or cold treatment. Treatment in a cryogenic chamber lasting a maximum of 3 minutes, which has many health-promoting benefits - relieves pain, accelerates tissue regeneration, improves blood supply to the skin or increases the secretion of endorphins.
Shockwave (medical)

ELECTROTHERAPY
Ionophoresis
A treatment involving the introduction of a medicinal substance - including antirheumatic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, softening scar tissue, dilating blood vessels, accelerating wound healing - using direct current.
Galvanization
A treatment that - thanks to properly attached electrodes - uses the flow of current through the body and, depending on its direction, has an analgesic, anti-inflammatory and relaxing effect or gives a stimulating effect - it tightens the muscles, improves circulation, and thus oxygenates the cells and stimulates their regeneration.
Tens stream
Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation. In rehabilitation, it is mainly used to reduce pain, such as: pain in the spine, muscles, joints, after injuries and surgeries, rheumatic pain. This applies to both acute and chronic pain.
Interefence stream
The treatment using interferential currents is characterized by deep tissue penetration and a reduced risk of side effects such as skin burns. Interdyn strengthens the muscles, relaxes them, and also has an analgesic and anti-swelling effect - it improves blood circulation.
Electrostimulation
The treatment involves stimulating tissues with low and medium frequency electrical impulses, the effect of which is to reduce pain and swelling, relax muscles, stimulate blood and lymph flow and improve chemical and nerve conduction.
Diadynamics
Diadynamic currents are created by rectifying a sinusoidally alternating current by 50 Hz. They have a strong analgesic and hyperaemic effect, including dilation of blood vessels, and thus better blood supply to tissues, increased metabolism and reduction of post-traumatic swelling.
BALNEOLOGY
Mud wrap
A treatment consisting in covering the body with mud, a type of peat containing nutrients, anti-inflammatory and bactericidal substances. The treatment is most often used in rheumatoid disease, joint pain and spinal disorders.
Medical inhalation
A therapeutic method effective in the treatment of infections of the upper respiratory tract, i.e. the nasal cavity and throat. Inhalations are nothing more than inhaling steam from mineral waters or solutions of medicines, essential oils and herbs.
Iodine-bromine inhalation
Iodine-bromine inhalations using medicinal water with a high concentration of iodine and other micro and macro elements, the purpose of which is to moisturize the respiratory tract and eliminate bacterial, viral and fungal infection.
Whirl bath upper limbs
Swirl massage of the upper limbs, which fights pain, reduces swelling and improves blood and lymph circulation. Perfectly relaxes muscles and counteracts tension.
Whirl bath spine, lower limbs
A gentle whirlpool massage around the spine in the lumbar section and lower limbs, which increases blood circulation and leads to better nutrition and oxygenation of tissues and at the same time quick removal of unnecessary metabolic products and toxins.
Pearl bath
Bathing in water filled with air bubbles. This air-water massage has relaxing properties and can be used in the case of spine diseases, joint degeneration, neurosis, depression or varicose veins.
Hydromassage
A water therapeutic treatment involving a mechanical stimulus on the patient's skin. It allows for muscle relaxation, reduction of joint pain and improvement of lymph flow in the body.
